Proofs the customer can answer
Every version is kept. The customer approves with their name on a one-tap link, or asks for changes by typing or by recording a voice note in Tamil right on the page. Nothing is changed on the artwork until a person at the press reads the request and does it.
Paper, flex and gift items together
Wedding cards priced per thousand, a flex banner by the square foot, forty T-shirts and fifteen shields per piece. One catalogue in Tamil and English, one card per order, with the sizes and stock your press actually uses.
A queue for each counter
Enquiries, design, production, dispatch and collections each have their own screen. The designer sees the proofs waiting on a customer; the delivery person sees what is ready; the owner sees everything, including cost and margin, which staff never see.

One customer, three names on the bill. Dyo keeps them straight.
The same man orders his company's letterheads, the church's harvest festival notice and the NGO's annual report. Each needs a bill in a different name, and only one of them has a GSTIN. In most software that is three customers and three ledgers. In Dyo it is one customer with three billing names and one running balance.

- The right document for the right name.A registered company gets a tax invoice with CGST and SGST split; an unregistered church or trust gets a bill of supply.

The offset run is in Sivakasi. The parcel is on a bus. The card knows both.
A small press rarely prints everything under its own roof. The offset run goes to Sivakasi, the flex to a flex unit, the mugs to a sublimation shop. Dyo tracks each as a sub-job with what was sent, when it is due back and what it cost, so "is it back yet" has an answer without a phone call.
